Hello I don't know if anybody will see this as the posts are from while ago but I've been googling and come across this so here goes

I hope you're all ok and thank you for sharing your journeys, I am 34 have 5 children and haven't had a smear for several years my last one was in 2015 I am booed in now for one because I'm so worried.

I have had abnormal bleeding since 2019 now but the last month I've had several strange symptoms including painful during and after sex?The pain during sex is in my vagina and lower stomach/back and bleeding after sex pinky/red.

Vaginal discharge that isn't particularly smelly

but I can smell it if that makes sense?Also I'm tired but also cannot sleep at night and have all of sudden developed acne on my face badly all around my jaw and sometimes forehead.

my vagina inside feels "full" and I've even taken a pregnancy test several times due to sore boobs and more peeing than usual (I'm not pregnant.)

The pain after sex is normally on either my right or left (can change) lower abdomen almost as if it's my ovaries as well as sometimes feels as if it's going down my thigh, I also have stomach bloating but again lower abdomen.

a few months ago my lymph glands swelled in my vagina and groins as well as both armpits  and the dr put it down to me shaving but I feel my neck ones are swollen as I have a swollen double chin type look but I'm very small and petite so that's odd and where I'm getting spots badly is in that area also.

i have almost zero "get up and go" and am really starting to worry now that it could be cervical cancer so I'm asking if anyone reads this and it does or does not sound like you if you have or have had it could you please be honest with me, Google has me prepared for it to be or not to be it bu with real life opinions I can be better prepared.
