I'm absolutely scared. I have a rash on my breast, it's the same on both, no redness, no pain, not itchy. I can't find any info online and I'm just sitting here scared, when I look it up it comes up with IBC

Hello rachellouise,
A warm welcome to Cancer Chat. The best thing to do really is to stay well away from the temptation of online searching as this will only make you feel more worried and it will never really tell you what is causing these symptoms but will only present you with the worst case scenarios.
If you haven't done so already, give your GP a call and try and arrange an appointment so that they can have a good look at the rash on both breasts and tell you what it might be and whether it needs looking at by a specialist at the breast clinic. There are so many things it could be other than inflammatory breast cancer so try not to believe anything the unreliable Dr Google tells you and get this looked at by a medical expert when you can.
I hope that the doctor will give you the reassurance you need and it that it turns out to be nothing to worry about. Hopefully you will also hear from other members of our forum who have been in a similar place before and they will come and share their experience with you.
Best wishes,
Lucie, Cancer Chat Moderator
