Do I have lymphoma?

I went to the doctors a couple weeks ago for itchy skin, it's badly itchy I'm marking myself. No rash though, they done my blood tests and I got a message that said I have low folic acid and then they said a couple days after that I have low vitamin D. I wouldn't say I'm the best healthy eater but I do eat all my vegetables like 5 times a week, I've been on tablets now and my skin is still very itchy, it's all over but mainly on my legs is where it's worse, I'm extremely tired all the time, I have developed a cough, very bad stomach pains, achey bones/muscles, I'm waking up at night sweating and I am also getting out of breath very easily, I'm also bruising easily too. When ever I eat I get bloated and full very quickly. But I have no lumps? Not that I can see anyways, I have an appointment for the doctors again on the 21st April, but I don't know if I should think the worst? Could it be something else and not lymphoma?

  • Hello Beckyxox

I'm sorry to hear that you've had some health concerns over the past few weeks. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious about what may be causing your symptoms.

It's good to hear that the tests you've already had with your GP haven't given any immediate cause for concern but I'm glad to hear that you have a follow-up appointment arranged for next week. Hopefully, your GP will be able to give you some reassurance and arrange any further tests or referrals that may be appropriate.

In the meantime, try to think positive, and do let us know how you get on.

    Best wishes,
