Hi,

I have Crohns Disease however during my latest colonoscopy this week (first one in 4 years) a number of Polyps were found throughout, and a stricture in one area of my colon and high level of inflammation with large polyps in the Caecum. I have had rectal bleeding on/off for a year and fatigue.

I am waiting on my results however I had 24 biopsies done? Is this normal during a colonoscopy or a very high number of biopsies?

Feeling worried due to the number of biopsies taken.
