I can't help you on the symptoms your experiencing I am just wishing you all the best and have everything crossed that it's nothing to worry about. 
 

i was nightmare too for googling everything, it does make you feel worse try not to worry and take care!

I do too .. but I was silly and left my lump a few months :( 

luckily when I got my diagnosis I found it really early and there hoping to just get it with surgery, but have prepared me for radio just incase. 
 

it's a very horrible situation to be in, I'm 29 and have a 6 year old son. I googled everything which made me so much worse. 
 

There is so much support on here.. but I'm hoping you get your result and you've worried for no reason :)

Did your lump get any bigger did you have any other symptoms also? sorry to hear but hopefully things go well for you i alao have 2 small children and im 25 my biggesg fear is leaving them. was your lump sore? x

From what I can remember it started off really small then got a bit bigger and I had a dentist appt in December 21, he said it looked a bit like a cyst. It then grew a bit more and my tongue kept finding it. So I thought I'd best get it checked so I went on 23rd of feb. There he did me a 2ww referal to maxifacial (or however you spell it) I was seen 8 days later, operated on 7 days after and I had results 2 weeks after that. I had no other symptoms what so ever except I had covid in January and never really got over the tiredness so I'm not sure if you'd class that as one or not. But no the lump was completely painless, I even tried biting it to burst it (stupid I know) the good thing is the NHS are fantastic, within 6 weeks I had seen 2 specialist, had 1 operation, a MRI, x-ray , tests, MDT meeting and my next operation booked in.  
 

aww don't ever think like that , we're stronger than you'd ever imagine! But i hope you have nothing to worry about, you'll be looking back at this chat when you've had your scan thinking why did I worry :)

i have had similar symptoms to you for a couple of weeks as well. 
i found the lump yesterday and I'm gong to the doctors tomorrow. 
where about is your lump ?  Mine is about an inch above my collarbone close to my windpipe. It's hard and doesn't seem to move...

I have a history with my throat so I am always checking it.

So in the middle of the night. I have identified a number of lumps in the tissue by my bottom teeth to go with the lump in my neck. Something else to tell the doctor about. They weren't there 6 weeks ago...
