Hi, 

I'm 38 years old and about 4 weeks ago noticed a lump on my right side of neck, after more proding around I noticed that I had two smaller ones on left side and one just above left collarbone.  

I've had blood tests which came back I was very low in iron and folate for which I am now on prescribed supplements,  white blood cells normal.

About a week ago I went back to the doctors as I have a very tight feeling in my chest and I'm very breathless. Ive had a chest xray which the doctor arranged Friday just gone, saying she thought  I  had swollen chest nodes which ive heard is only from serious illness, and I'm petrified about results.  As weekend was here I'm dreading tomorrow getting a call from doctors with bad news.  

Ive been on google constantly and am convinced I have lung cancer or lymphoma.  Then I feel so selfish for people who have already been diagnosed and then am feeling so low. 

Just wondered if anyone else had these symptoms please?
