Neck Nodule

So i had two ultrasounds one showed nodule with microcalcifications and other one said the nodule was inhomogeneous hypoechoic but with no hyper vascularity.

i am now reffered to a biopsy.

does anyone know what this means

i have a feeling is thyroid cancer
