Endometriosis or Ovarian Cancer?

Hello everyone!

Does anyone have any experience on a personal level with Endometriosis and getting a CA125 level of 204? Could it be Ovarian Cancer or my Endo playing up? I also have a history of Pancreatitis and adenomas in my liver.
