Multiple Node swellings on neck

Hi guys, I've had problems with my thyroid for many years, I have a small cyst and a goitre. I finally got a hosp appointment for Thursday with a surgeon and I'm hoping it won't be long until I get it removed! But the last few days  I've been having awful problems; first I couldn't move in bed from the neck down, literally nothing for about 20 mins! Then my face went numb on the left side. My doc thinks mild Bells Palsy and referred me to ent. Then I woke up with multiple nodules swollen on the left side of my neck, back of head, shoulder and scalp, extremely painful with blister like sores, looks like shingles! Doc just left me out antibiotics and painkillers didn't even check the swellings!! Now I have a painful swollen nodule on my right shoulder! These lumps are all rock hard, I've never experienced it in my life!! I've also had discomfort in my left breast/rib area for a long time and now tenderness in my left armpit/groin area. My doc never listens to me as I have Fibromyalgia and Depression it is always put down to this! I am worried sick and in a lot of pain! I am thankful to god that I have a hospital appointment this week but terrified they will dismiss me too! I didn't go to a+e as I feel this appointment will be the quickest way to get things done! In my doc appointment last I explained how I was feeling really unwell and the doc replied 'oh are you stressed about anything?' Like seriously! Forgot to add I've lost my mum, sister and Aunt to cancer all in the last 15yrs Appendix, lung and liver. My eldest female cousin also has Leukaemia.
