Hello

I noticed today a small dent (a lot like a chicken pox scare ) on top on my breast trying to do my research But unfortunately I find it hard to compare my breasts to a cartoon line drawing or a lemon (why do they censor this stuff girls need to be informed !!) 

my question is what does a small dent look like and when should you be concerned ? 

I have also been having really achey boobs and under arm recently but can't tell if it's because I'm int he middle of my cycle (don't usually get this achey though )
