Hi I'm 61 and I had a painless lump I. December 2021 and was referred to breast clinic. The wait was horrendous as everything went through my mind at that point. . On the day of appointment I saw consultant who felt lump and said he thought it was fatty tissue. Went for mammogram and then ultrasound who confirmed the same. The relief was immense. 
 

so it doesn't necessarily mean cancer because you are in your 60s but I understand hiw you are feeling. Good luck with your appointment.
