Breast lump

Hi, so on Monday night I took my bra off and my left breast was so sore to touch, thinking it might be my bra I tried to ignore it.. Fast forward this few days, I had a GP consultation today, they have now referred me to the breast clinic. I have a lump alongside terrible pain in my left breast.

Does anyone else have experience of this and what was the outcome. I am a 31 year old female.

    Well done for going to GP and getting checked out. It can be a worrying time waiting for the breast clinic but once you are there they are amazing and very thorough. Having a sore breast and lump can be lots of things other than cancer.  If it is cancer they will make a plan and sort you out.  Try to keep busy till then  (and I know that's easier said than done)
