Waiting MRI results

Hi but of background ive had presistant high risk hpv, and sever abnormal cells for nearly 11 years, I'm 35, had 3 loops (fairly big size) last loop July 2020 one before that was 2014.  Test of cure smear still shown hpv and scanty high grade abnormal cells offered 4th loop but declined as not cervix left hardly at all, asked for hysterectomy, in the mean time for heavy periods and bleeding between period I had ultrasound and transvanignal scans done, results shown bulky uterus with very thick lining of uterus of 22mm, and also something inside womb, hysteroscopy refered, attended was unsuccessful due to me nearly passing out as dr was struggling and couldn't put Cameron's on due to only pin hole opening on cervix due to scarring for previous loops plus cervix flush with vaginal wall so she couldn't get a grip on then. Day before was a green with my colposcopy consultant by I was referred for hysterectomy, hysteroscopy under different dr, ok the mean time still experiencing very heavy painful periods, spot between periods and after intercourse, Also. intercourse was becoming painful. As waitin n lists was cancelled due to covid for routine operations the op was going to be a while off. In October 2021 I found a limb behind my c section scar (2 previous c sections 18 yr and 6 years ago) that I had first noticed few months before but in October i noticed it had gotten bigger, gp saod would write to consultant to chance up op, went for a smear jan 2022 to have check ups while waiting for op, results came back high risk hpv. High grade precancerous cells and also possible invasive cells, (was told it was cancerous cells) had 2 small biopsies taken was difficult due to hardly no cervix, also consultant suggested mri when I attended the smear in jan as I mentioned lump and he suggested possible endimetriosis; got results from biopsies told there was no evidence of precancerous cells, but picked up cervical endometriosis cells, I asked how did smear show cancerous but biopsy shown endo cells, he said he thinks it was endo cells on smear picked up not canreous cells, but he had my mri and op expedited so I had my mri last Thursday awaiting results, and got my op next week on 31st, on a letter I received last week consultant sent my gp says that I will be discussed in next MDT meeting as my smear results shown invasive cell changes but biopsy shown cervical endometriosis. I'm almost 7 weeks post biopsies and still have a discharge and spotting plus had 2 periods in that time too, to say I am stressed and confused and head baffled is an understatement.
How long do mri results usually take as they are needed before my op to know which hysterectomy I need, plus I'm eager to know my results too, as I said almost 7 weeks post biopsies and still a loss of discharge and spotting, plus pelvic pain back pain, aching in my groin and also get achy pains inside down there; anyone else been through anything similar?
sorry for the long essay was as short as could make it
