Blood results and irregular bleeding

I've had some irregular bleeding (had a random period 14 days after my last). I've also had some spotting mid cycle in the last 2 years which was investigated. Also had LLETZ 10 years ago for abnormal cells. Any way went to GP who did an internal exam said cervix looked healthy but would refer me for ultrasound and arranged bloods. Had bloods done and some thinks have come back raised. ALT is 40, MCV 101fl and MCH 32.1. All others were normal. GP wants to repeat in 2 weeks. What could be causing these raised levels, should I be really worried?

    If you have any concerns, you should speak to your GP at the next appointment. There's no way of knowing until further tests are done, but please try not to worry. When you are worried that you may have cancer, it can be natural to think the worst, but this can end up increasing anxiety rather than making you feel better. And the only person that can diagnose you is your doctor.
