In the last week I've noticed changes to my right breast.  I first noticed a huge yellow bruise when in the shower! I thought I must have banged it! But don't remember doing it. Then I suppose I started to look / examine more carefully. I have noticed 2 lines, like a long dent, something similar to what would be left if your bra was leaving a mark after taking it off. They are not red or anything. I suppose they feels a little like a sinue. It's just weird. The breast is a little more tender than the other one but not sore. 
I saw my gp quickly and although there are no lumps to see I'm being referred to breast clinic as have had some breast cancer in the family. I don't know now if the line were always there or are new, if the bruise brought them to my attention or are related to the bruise. One line is horizontal and the other I only see if I bend forward and lift my arm and it's vertical. I am now really worried after Google and indeed thinking I may have missed something.

i had a mammogram done in November as I'm 40 and could get one done from a local cancer charity. It came back all clear.  
I wonder how long I have to wait to get seen. 

has anyone else had this or have advice for me?
