I've been very constipated and had blood in my stools, I just found a lump in my vagina which has a hole in the lump? I've been having really bad back pain, and belly pains.
It sounds like it could be your cervix that you're feeling. I've only discovered mine recently too after some self investigation as I had abdominal pain, back discomfort and changes in bowel movements (no blood in stool, but have had irregular vaginal bleeding).
I saw the gp and was examined, and she said she could see and feel some abnormalities on the cervix. I'm now waiting for a referral to gynaecology which I hope will arrive this week. I asked the doctor best case and worst case for what it might be; best case was cervical ectopy, worst case was cancer. Bloods taken and back already, only showing low iron levels, everything else normal.
After doing some research, I don't think it's unusual to be able to feel your cervix, it changes position during your cycle so it may just be that it hasn't been in the same position when you've felt before. I was quite scared when I felt mine for the first time though, especially as I've gone decades having never felt it before. I do think along with your other symptoms though that you should see your gp for further investigation, with the blood in your stools especially.
