feeling angry

hi all 

im feeling so angry today , still in some discomfort from biopsies on tuesday :( 

my friends keep phoning making sure im ok which i am 

i keep thinking whats consultant said that lymph nodes dont look good ,nipple area dont look good , lump/ mass dont look good and thickiening not good over all its not looking good 

it hasnt helped with stress worry of father in law passing , 

im finding my self tired but that could also be my other condition and been stressful month 

next appointment on 21st , funeral of father in law 24th , and im 50 on 31st

    I really hope writing everything down helped you to de-stress and you're having a better day today but do keep sharing your thoughts and feelings if you find it's helping you through this challenging time.

    Waiting for results and appointments is always tough but I hope this article on how to cope with waiting for news will help keep your nerves at bay until you find out more. I'm sure our members will offer their support to you soon as well.

    sorry but wasnt it a good place think everything got to me , last few weeks with lump , father in law passing, then first appoinment 

     

    yes feel bit better , anixoues , tired 

     

    been horriable few weeks
