i am a female in my 20's i have recently had a pelvic ultrasound last week when i was having it the person who was doing it called another memember of staff and they were whispering something about an mri scan but wouldn't tell me what was wrong. i haven't had the results yet because the ultrasound was only on friday. i've been having pelvic pain, very freqent urination and diarrhoea for a few months now.

i'm really worried that i've got cancer it sounds stupid but i've done my research and the symptoms and the mention of an mri scan all fit

can someone reasure me? could this be cancer? and if it is what will happen to me?
