I have recently had a clear routine mammogram, but I have a vertical dent in my right breast making it hang kind of heart shaped rather than round, I have been having pain down the right side of the right breast for months that I had put down to menopause, I have no other symptoms of menopause, the pain in the last month has increased and spread to my right side and up to my neck, it's not constant but persistent as in I may have dull achey pain one day, and severe breath taking pain other days but for a couple of weeks now I have not been pain free. I am living on co codomol and naproxen, I also feel like something in my armpit, hard to describe but like maybe if a walnut was stuck there. That's a rubbish example. The pain in really bad days starts to feel like I am in a vice and hurts all the around the lower rib cage. 
 

I am over weight I do have large boobs and dense tissue and I do have pernicious anaemia. 
should I  worry or accept a clear mammogram?
