Are Biopsy Results Accurate

Hi,

I recently had an abnormal smear result which showed moderate dyskaryosis. I was sent for a colposcopy, which I personally found quite painful, and I had a letter stating the results were actually cin1 and I just need another smear in a year.

I'm quite and anxious person especially about my health and I have had some issues with bleeding after intercourse in the past. So I guess i'm just wondering how accurate these results are and if there is a chance it could be wrong?
