Hi there, 

I'm 26 years old with 2 children 6 and almost 2 years old, I've never breastfed. 
For the past couple of nights I have been getting an awful burning feeling in and around my nipple. It will burn for a few seconds on and off for a few hours. I also have noticed my breast feeling heavier than usual, sometimes my breast changes shape to be almost square like especially when I take off my bra but this has been going on for months so didn't think anything weird of it. there's also lines on the breast but I put that down to being stretch marks, also there's a small purple spot just above the nipple and again have thought that to be a cherry angioma. I'm just wondering if I should worry about any of this or is it normal?
