Possible Cancer?

Hi all,

wondering if anyone can help me. I have been experiencing a lot of symptoms which have gotten worse in the last 3 months. I bleed from my vagina everytime I have a bowel movement, currently taking levest in 3 month burst as on the onset of symptoms 6 months ago Drs decided to treat as per the endometriosis route. I have pain in my lower back every day, right lymph nodes in groin are swollen and extremely painful. Pain is in right side of pelvis and in the middle - I'm aware of this everyday. I've also noticed an unusual discharge. 
Im very on edge at the moment as I have mentioned all this to my GP and gynaecologist - expressed my concerns about possible cancer but I still haven't been given any scans etc. Any advice at all about this will be great! I had a pelvic ultrasound in Sept which was fine but I feel something is just not right. Thanks all!

    Hello Hannah216 and a big welcome to Cancer Chat, 

    You did the right thing to mention all this to your GP and gynaecologist and to express your fears but it's reassuring that they don't seem to be too concerned and also that your pelvic ultrasound in September was fine. However, if you feel that something is not right it might be a good idea to try and talk to another GP or specialist just to get a second opinion. You can find out more about this on this page. 

    I hope that you will also hear from other members of the forum who have had similar symptoms and that they will be along shortly to share their experience with you.
