Hi as hard as it sounds you need to try to distract yourself until you know for certain. 
1/8 biopsy's will come back as cancer, majority come back as benign. It's easier said then done. I was in the same boat 7 weeks ago. I had a lump, saw gp, referred to bc. Was seen by a consultant, because I'm only 34 I had a ultrasound scan which showed a suspicious mass around 2.3 2.5, with some shadowing had multiple biopsy's there and then, then went back to the consultant who said there was some concerns. He told me to go live for the next 2 weeks, go out enjoy myself and keep distracted for the biopsy results. Unfortunately for me I was diagnosed with stage 2 grade 2 er pr positive IDC. I found doing activities really distracted me. Also the 2 weeks wait for me results was the worst I felt. The diagnosis and getting my plan was actually easy. 
stay off Google, there are so many outdated facts on there, which will not help. Best way is no news no Google. Bc has a number of different elements and no 2 are the same. Until you know what your dealing with, you will scare yourself silly.
