Nipple discharge, GP won’t refer?

Hello. So basically I had my second baby 13 weeks ago. I did not breastfeed at all. Found a lump under my armpit just before new year and was seen by the breast clinic who said it was a cyst. I hadn't noticed any breast discharge at this point and on the follow up report from the appointment it stated "no nipple discharge." I now have pain - which was there before but now even worse in my left breast unilateral and radiates fo shoulder blade and top of neck. The pain can also be shooting pain ecspecially around the nipple. The nipple is also flatter than the right one and I have noticed it more crustier. Anyway. The other day I was looking at my bra and noticed some very small stains on the left pad, yellowy/green in colour. When I squeezed the nipple, nothing comes out, but the stains are there and they are coming from somewhere. I went to my GP the other day about this and he stated that it is normal with just having a baby as the prolactin levels will still be high despite not breastfeeding. I do have health anxiety and I'm having some help with this but I feel I am not being taken seriously. My legs are also aching ecspecially around my knees and I'm worried it has spread. I am so scared and feel now I'll have to sit on this longer as nobody is taking me seriously. It says on websites if it's unilateral and spontaneous it needs a referral. I am so worried, I've got two small children and I would like to be reassured. With the pain on one side too it concerns me.

So sorry it's long, thanks for reading.
