I'm sorry to hear that you've had some concerns about your breast health recently and that you're now waiting on an appointment at breast clinic. 

We know that for many people this period of waiting can be difficult and it's natural to feel anxious. Unfortunately, we also know that Google will nearly always lead you to a worst-case scenario and leave you feeling even more worried. Please avoid searching the internet for answers. 

It may help you to try and keep in mind that the vast majority of people referred to breast clinic are not diagnosed with cancer so try to stay positive. Sometimes talking through your concerns and worries can help and if this is something you'd like to do then give our team of nruses a call.
