Lump above collarbone, worried it could be cancer mets

Morning. 
 

 I have had a hard lump above my collarbone since December. I'm booked in for an ultrasound in a few weeks. I have a history of ovarian cancer 2019 and lung cancer 2020. Has anyone had mets to this area from either of these cancers? I had a clear CT and chest X-ray in December but not sure the CT Scan would of picked up this area.

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. It's good to hear you have an appointment coming up to get this checked out - this will of course be the only way to get the answers you need, and so hopefully that will come around quickly for you.

    There could be other reasons for this so try not to assume anything at this point, although I appreciate it must be a little unsettling.
