Hi guys,

I've read a few threads here which appears similar to the issue I have been having.

Basically I've bleeding from my back side whenever I go to the toiler for a few months now but always shrugged it off, thinking it's just piles or haemorroids.

I took the courage to have a look today and noitced that there is quite a lot of blood in my faeces today though there is no pain.

Just wanted guidance/advice on what step I should take next.
