Hello, I had a colonoscopy and since then I have been constipated. At the beginning I thought it was due to the procedure but it has been already three weeks and there hasn't been an improvement.
I was back to normal after a couple of days, l expected that having been very empty for the colonoscopy, After three weeks l would speak with my dr. Have you tried extra fruit and fluids maybe porridge they seem to help.
