Brown spotting between periods

HI all hope your well , this possibly might not be suitable for this group, but im struggling to find anyone dealing with the same issue.

Im a 34 year old female , in a lesbian relationship, never have used contraception or any hormones of any sort. I use Tampax on my periods. 
My periods are regular and i get slight ovulation bleeding when ovulation is due, 
This month my period ended and then 9 days later i noticed brown blood when i went to the toilet, now im seeing brown coloured blood daily upon wiping its not heavy and i dont need to use any pads it happens once a day and then stops ? 
I have tried to speak to my GP who have booked me an appt for 8th april , but im geting concered

  • I'm sorry about the spotting you've been experiencing recently Lizlea.

    I know this must be scary, especially as this hasn't happened before, but you've done the right thing by getting in touch with your GP. If your symptoms get worse before your appointment, do let your GP know as they may be able to see you sooner. You could even try getting a second opinion if there is more than one GP working at your surgery.

    Many of our members know how stressful it can be to experience such symptoms so you're not alone and hopefully you will receive some support and advice from them soon.

    We're thinking of you Lizlea and will have our fingers crossed this is no cause for concern.
