I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting on some CT scan results at the moment. I know that for many people this period of waiting can be really difficult and it's natural to feel anxious about things.
The length of time you have to wait for news really can vary depending on so many different things. If you've not heard anything by next week then maybe give the Consultant's secretary a call and ask when you're likely to hear about an appointment or have some news. I'm sure they will be happy to offer some guidance if they can.
