Irrespective of the outcome tomorrow, you will feel better, because you will know what you are dealing with. One in two people have cancer, so this in itself is proof that there is life after diagnosis. Iit does turn out to be cancer, here's hoping that it's one of the less aggressive types.

If you read back on this thread you will find some good advice from Kiera and ProfBaw. We have all been in the same situation and know just how scary the wait can be. Whatever the outcome, you will find it easier to deal with once you know what you are dealing with.

Today is the day they review my result. My heart is thumping and my anxiety is through the roof. I pray for some good news from this awful experience

Hi all, thank you for the chats. I had my results today and unfortunately it is breast cancer. I haven't been told which one but I have been told its hormone receptive and can be treated. More tests and then a treatment plan.

I wanted to give you some time before responding. Sorry you now find yourself going through what we have been going through for a while now.

Hopefully things will begin to move at some pace now and you'll get your scans and treatment plan within the next week or 2. Once you have some sort of plan put in front of you, it can help take your mind off other things. My wife actually found it to be more calming once everything was laid out in front of her. Her cancer is also hormone positive. Which will open up more treatments to yourself. In a bad situation, that is a good thing. My wife, once she is over covid, will commence with her treatment next week. She has had a very good response to the treatment. Which is almost expected, so there's that.

Please continue to use these forums as the support here has been nothing short of fantastic. also going back to your original post, please never blame yourself for this, and nor are you placing any burden on your family. No one asks for this. It's simply sheer bad luck.
