Hi, I had my first mammogram in 2014 after having open heart surgery the year before, I was recalled after 3 days. They'd found a cyst and I had to have a needle biopsy that day, fortunately it was benign. I've previously had 2 pre cancerous polyps removed from my cervix and 2 of my sister's have had cervical cancer. can't tell you how scary it is to even have a recall for a mammogram I was scared witless. Sadly my sister in law died last week with ovarian cancer she was only 48 so we are reeling from that news. wishing all who have symptoms the very best of love and luck x
