Breast issues - scared of diagnosis, thoughts welcome

Hi ladies, hope you are all well.

My story so far: I had a fibroadenoma drained 3 years ago from my right breast. I am having a mamo&ultrasound on Thursday for some symptoms on my right side that are concerning (itching underarm, cherry angiomas, rash that comes and goes, armpit swelling that comes and goes, slightly larger pores above nipple, worse smell under armpit). The itching is occasional and mild and started in Oct/Nov and cleared up with cream.

A few weeks ago, I was doing a routine lymph node check under my armpit and felt a small hard lump, about the size of a pea and a small lump in lower right quadrant. I went to the see four separate general practitioners and none of them could feel them but I can. (‘A gland and a tendon’ I was told) I was giving the armpit lump a good push I started to experience tingling and burning down the arm, which is what prompted my first visit to doctor. Arm started to go numb and my hand started to get weak, it took a few days before I could write properly. The tingling also moved slightly into my other arm. The power has come back in my hand and tingling is less but still there. Feels like pins and needles and is worse when I use my phone to write or text. My arm has also started to get slightly puffy near the wrist in the last week. I had early stage cervical cancer 6 years ago and had several pelvic lymph nodes removed and have occasional mild lymphedema in left leg. That is what my arm swelling feels like.

I have been Googling like mad and all I can come up with is cancer, potentially IBC. I guess I’m just looking to touch base with you all as I’m convinced I will be diagnosed soon and I’m scared. Is there anything else this could be?

I’m 38 and we lost was pregnant for 13 weeks last year. Have done a few IUIs so I’m worried the injectable hormones had caused this. If anyone has any insights I’d be grateful. Much respect to you all and thanks xx
