I was told by my gp based on transvaginal report that I have a "possible polyp". I was booked in for 2ww gynae appointment and told I'd have a hysteroscopy. I went today and the consultant said it was a polyp and not urgent so need to go on the waiting list. Just wondered how the gp said possible and consultant said it is surely it would have been confirmed to my gp. Feeling confused and had 2 weeks of worry and still unsure what to think?
