Hi I have just been to the doctor with a 3 week hard lump in my groin about the size of a small battery!  My doctors concerned about the shape and texture of it as it's hard!  
It's not painful so I thought it's just a cyst that would go away but it has steadily been growing!

Now I'm really worried it's something else!  If it is cancerous what happens next?  How serious is cancer in my groin? 
 

Thanks I'm just panicking because the waiting is so long!  I spent 2019 waiting from July to Oct to finally get the all clear that I did not have Ovarian Womb and Bowel Cancer!
