I'm so sorry to hear that you're dealing with some ongoing health problems at the moment. It's natural to be anxious about what may be causing your symptoms particularly given your previous medical history. 

We know that waiting for appointments, tests and results can be a difficult time. Many people find that it can help to talk things through with someone. As you've mentioned that you're not able to talk with your family about things at the moment I wonder if you might find it helpful to chat with one of our team of nurses?
