Awaiting biopsy results

After being postmenopausal I started bleeding. Within 2 weeks had a scan followed by a hysteroscopy which was very painful. They removed a large fibroid and polyps. They told me I had a thickness of 11.3mm. Unsure if that's normal or what? Still awaiting biopsy results. Can't help thinking the worse. Still having cramping feeling and feeling very down.

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I hope you're getting on OK - I'm sure this must be an unsettling time, and I know the waiting and uncertainty is never easy. It sounds like things have moved quickly for you up to this point, which is good.

    I hope that it's not too long for you to wait now to get the results from the biopsy.

    I can see you've reached out to some others on the forum which is great, and I hope that the forum can offer you some support while you wait.
