Haven't been diagnosed with cancer, but am becoming increasingly concerned about some symptoms I've been having for a while now..

I have swelling (fluid) in one side of my scrotum, and now a lymph node in my groin has swollen over the past 3 days to be quite large along with a bit of a nasty cough.

I have noted a squelching noise recently from the same area over the past few months when moving my leg / pressing on the skin in that area. Has anyone else noticed something like this?

I changed my diet six or so months ago, just to eating a bit more healthily, but lost a load of weight seemingly as a result and now seem to be suffering constipation constantly.

I could only get a telephone appointment today and have been prescribed antibiotics for the swollen lymph node, but I have also been suffering with extreme bouts of itchiness over the last few years with no explaination as to whats causing them. 

My GP seems to be ignoring the fact that the itchiness is driving me insane, its really random, IE: both hands and feet will flare up and no amount of scratching relieves it. It affects my whole body, but randoms parts at any one time and it could flare up after I've picked something like a PC up, or just because I've coughed...

I'm now lost as to what to do next, but am desperate to figure out whats causing all these issues.

They all seem too neatly linked... but I have no idea how to get this checked properly without my GP taking me seriously...

Any advise please?
