Hello I'm 22 years old and I have found a small rice size lump on my labia, it is in the middle between my vagina and my Clitoris it's is kinda ichy and tender and feels like a spot (I would get big spots on my groin area from time to time and they usually go away on their own) but this is the first in my Labia and I'm panicking, it's not visible to the eye and the skin looks normal it's just I can feel it if the skin is stretched, I suffer from eczema down there and it is playing up at the moment too, I'm a worrying myself sick as I have really bad anxiety and I know I shouldn't but I'm looking on Google and it's making me so much worse, I'm trying to contact my doctor but it's not easy and I guess I'm just looking for some piece on mind and I'm really worrying myself sick
