Hi all.  A couple of days ago, I noticed I had an annoying sensation in my throat, like a hair stuck in the back of my throat.  I kept drinking water, but the feeling didn't go away, so I had a look at my throat in the mirror.  I have a small, dark lump on one of my tonsils.  I don't know if it's relevant or not, but that tonsil has also been enlarged for many years (I saw an ENT doctor years ago about it, and he didn't do anything, but just told me it was nothing to worry about).  I was just wondering if anyone has had anything similar.  I've read online about tonsil cysts and tonsil stones, but I wouldn't say it looks/sounds like those personally.  I have a photo of the lump, but not sure if it's possible to upload it on here?  Thanks in advance.
