Just saw your post and related so much. 
 

This is a symptom I've struggled with for over 4 years now. I had also had normal screening test results but every time I had been examined I was told things didn't look normal- which I was told was erosion/ectropian. 

Over the years I think I've had 3 treatments of silver nitrate and most recently had it cauterised. I've had multiple biopsies which have come back clear as well as further screening swabs taken to check for HPV as well as two Colposcopies! 

I know the worry can be debilitating and not everyone has the same situation, but I hope this gives you some reassurance that it could just be the erosion/ectropian coming back. Nothing seems to keep mine at bay, but I've been told multiple times that other than the annoying symptoms, it's nothing to worry about.

I had a cervical cauterisation 7 years ago and always assumed I'd never need another, always thought it was a 1 treatment deal. 

Hope and prey that I just need to have it done again and it's not cancer.
