Lump in mouth

Hi, I have had a lump in my mouth for several months. The dentist sent me for an Xray last week and the Xray results of my jaw show extensive lesions in this area. Am being sent for a biopsy but will get more information when I see the hospital consultant on Monday. Am worried sick. Anyone else had a similar experience?

    I'm sorry about the lump and what the x-rays have shown. It's completely understandable, and natural, to be worried but hopefully the biopsy will show the lesions are not sinister.

    I'm sure some of our members will offer their support and share their experiences with you soon but in the meantime we're thinking of you and wishing you all the best for Monday.
