Hey everyone, new here! I'm just hoping someone could help with the worry! I went for my first smear at the end of last year (I have just turned 26) and then had to go for a colposcopy because of mild changes, during this I had a biopsy. Today I have received a letter after waiting 8 weeks! For the letter to have basically no details whatsoever, so they lab couldn't grade CIN 1, 2 or 3 but was "considered" low grade. So because of a mild abnormal smear and a colposcopy that didn't look high grade I have been called back in for 6 months time for another? And also my biopsy results will be discussed in the next MDM and I will hear off them in the next 4-6 with the findings from that but I already have an appointment for 6 months time.. I plan on ringing after the weekend to get a better explanation but has anyone else ever experienced something similar is it anything to worry about?
