I've had a lot gynaecology problems very large fibroids and very enlarged womb had a total abdominal hysterectomy in 2017 with ovaries kept even thou I didn't want due to family history, last year I had a ultrasound and mri which showed a 08mm cyst and surgical procedure wasn't option it will go but a another scan should be done , never recieved this so fast forward having bad pain in left side pain with sex bladder problems ( I have lot medical problems) ca125 came back normal but iron studies show iron serum 7 and iron saturation 11% dropped since feb 2020 to less than half a ct scan done last week shows the cyst has now grown to 4.8 cm and had a message last night that my gp is calling Monday to discuss it was the gp who refered me for the ct to rule out ovarian malignancy now I'm panicking I've lost nearly 5 stone over 2 years and seem to be loosing even thou eating absolute rubbish I'm exhausted all the time and my breasts are so sore can this be linked to my ovarian cyst or am I worrying over nothing
