Hi I have just joined the forum tonight. I have recently been diagnosed with adenomyosis and am on a waiting list to see a specialist...they wait is lengthy so my in laws booked me a private appointment to start treatment. I had this appointment last night and the gynaecologist said my cervix looked abnormal and that I must be fast tracked on the NHS and have a biopsy within 14 days as this could be cervical cancer. I have started a tablet to stop the bleeding in preparation for the biopsy  and I am worried sick. I have already had thyroid cancer in the past
