I hope that this is OK to post here. My husband has had a small lump on his right testicle for around two years. He had it checked by our GP who said that it was nothing to worry about. He went back and saw a different GP the second time, who also said that it was nothing to worry about. He had another GP appointment with a different GP yesterday afternoon and she has booked a two week referral for him. He had a call from the hospital this morning to offer him an appointment for an ultrasound scan tomorrow at 2pm at our local health centre. Now we are both panicking because they have booked him in so fast. I've had three two week referrals in the past and it's always taken them a few days to contact me. We are trying to stay positive because he has had the lump for at least two years. His first two appointments were before covid ever happened so it's definitely at least two years ago. Has anyone else experienced this and what was your experience? We are worried sick.
Thank you in advance for any replies.
