Unfortunately no-one here can tell you what this is or may be, but if this is worrying you it would be best to see a GP. I know you've mentioned you would rather not see a doctor but they are the only ones who can let you know if this is any cause for concern. Also, you could ask to see a male doctor if it would help you feel more comfortable.

I hope like last time your symptoms resolve themselves, but if not do think about seeking medical advice so you can get some answers and peace of mind.
