Choosing a consultant

I’m 66 and for the 1st time, have been recalled after a routine mammogram. I anticipate bad news.

Im widowed and don’t have family, so have  to face this on my own. I’m thinking of going private in London as I need some handholding!

i wondered if anyone had done that and how did they choose an oncologist? Any recommendations would be SO helpful. Thanks
