Ovarian cyst or cancer?

I'm really freaking out tbh, 

 

I have ovarian cyst I am not 100%sure on the sizes I had an ultrasound in November and the biggest was 4.5cm and I had another one this week but have not had the results, I have had all the blood tests done including a CA125 and they were all normal and the sonograpgher said that there was no cause for concern but I'm so scared I have cancer due to my symptoms.

 

I have suffered from on and off constipation, lower back ache, reflux which I think is probably related to anxiety but I know it's a symptom of ovarian cancer adding to the fear, my stomach feels heavy at points, I don't really get bloated I don't think my stomach is always soft but I do find I get quite gassy sometimes. 
 

im really hoping for some similar stories and there outcomes as I'm really panicking.

    And to add I keep getting on and off sharp pains in my ovaries

    My cysts were found during a colonoscopy and 4:5 cm and 5:5cm solid no fluids were visible. I had pain on the left side of my abdomen and  loose bowel movements but my bloods were fine, my overies were removed in October fortunately benign but they removed extensive adhesions. I'm glad I had the surgery although it's taking a while to feel back to normal. I think the cysts needs to be over 5 cm prior to being considered for surgery especially due to Covid holding up routine operations. I had the possibly of a precancerous condition  so was listed also due to my age.

     Hopefully you will get good results from your scans and reassurance it's not easy not to worry, try to relax and keep busy
