I'm sorry about the blood that's been found in your urine HeatherMary and for the worry this is causing.

I think anyone who has been in this position will think the worst at some point but hopefully the cystoscopy will be able to provide some answers and show this isn't any cause for concern.

Hopefully some of our members will share their stories and outcomes with you soon but in the meantime we'll have our fingers crossed for good news.

Heeeeey,have you received the results yet? 

I had a cystoscopy last Tuesday and fortunately, the bladder was clear, however, they are now wanting a pyelogram of my kidneys as the bleeding persists. The Consultant did say sometimes bleeding can occur with no apparent cause but usually, it comes and goes whereas mine is constant albeit microscopic at times. Thank you so much for asking. 

Glad it was all clear. 

Fingers crossed for your kidneys you ever suffer with kidney stones or a back ache???

I've got persistent problems with my bladder to. Always got a UTI without an infection (or blood). Been like it got 15 years now. So getting it checked yet again. 

So sorry to hear about your problems, I do hope they can sort it out for you.

I have never had kidney stones but I do suffer with flank pain very often.

Will let you know how I get on.
